CDHF Presents Living Successfully with GERD WebSeminar

Indigestion, heartburn and acid regurgitation are all symptoms of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease). GERD can be painful, debilitating and frightening.  Approximately 5 million Canadians are living with GERD. GERD impacts work, sleep, relationships and quality of life.  It can also put you at risk for other more serious complications.  The right combination of lifestyle changes and appropriate therapy can help.  The CDHF recently presented an on-line seminar with gastroenterologist, Dr. David Armstrong, a GERD expert from Hamilton Health Sciences Centre and Mr. Shawn Richarz, a patient living successfully with GERD.  Hear their practical guidance to help you take control of their GERD -- and life -- with confidence and optimism.
