Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Where's the bathroom???

I am so frustrated. It would seem that everytime I need to be somewhere or am on a timeline I have to find a bathroom and go urgently - maybe it's stress but I can't take this. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't know how to talk about this with my doctor. Some days I am fine - it just seems to happen at the worst possible time.
